Dorinda Clark Cole Presents the 14th Annual SMAC

Dorinda Clark Cole is back at it again merging singers, musicians, artists, songwriters, choirs and many more while bridging an exciting lineup for this years Singers Musicians and Arts Conference now known as SMAC. Yes, you heard it correctly. With the much success year after year, Dorinda is adding Arts to this year’s annual highly anticipated event by acknowledging spoken word, dance, hip hop and rap, theatrical and mime.

The conference kicks off Wednesday September 19, 2012 at the Marriott Hotel in Southfield Michigan with workshops and panels from 9:30am -1:00pm. Guests for the day include Ben Tankard who will be presenting the musician forum with several industry producers as well as William McDowell and Ernest Pugh to be present on that evening of worship at Millennium Center. Workshops will resume Thursday September 20th at the Marriott Hotel and then following that evening for worship at the Millennium Center, guests include Pastor Jason Nelson and Anita Wilson. The Millennium Center is located at 15600 J.L Hudson Drive Southfield, MI 48078.

Then Friday September 21st, Dr. Cole and Gregg Cole will start early morning 3K mile prayer walk followed by a special presentation via Berklee School of Music from 8am-12pm which will be held at Millennium Center in Southfield Michigan. Pastor Ricky Dillard and New Chorale along with other special featured guests will close out the conference by honoring Dr. Dorinda Clark-Cole in an Appreciation Concert. The concert starts at 6pm and takes place at Greater Emmanuel Church located at 19190 Schaefer Hwy Detroit MI.
